Finally, you can expect a quick and easy closing process that takes anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks.
All of our investment property buyers are required to meet with their dedicated investment agent. The initial meeting helps us better understand who you are and what you’re looking for. It also allows us to further explain our process for clearer communication, stronger working relationship and complete transparency. Meeting with your agent allows you to work out the details, ensuring a quicker process of acquiring your new income-generating property altogether. Agent meetings can be done via phone, chat or web conference.

We acquire and close on the properties first, then sell them to our real estate investors. RLTY+ doesn’t flip contracts.
